A little advice from me: I’m no longer able to do many of the things I used to love. Skiing, ice skating and bicycling especially. In addition, I dearly loved SCUBA diving. However, keep doing whatever you are able to do. Adjust things if you have to or learn something new. It’s so important to keep as active as possible. Moreover, setbacks are often temporary as we age! We recover from hip replacements, etc. We might move a little slower, but we move!
