I’ve had some awesome adventures I’ll share. By the way, I spent half my life in Michigan and half in Texas so expect some propaganda about those two states. One of these days, I’ll get those pages written for you. There is so much beautiful stuff to see on this planet Earth! I doubt that anyone living has seen it all; we just have to pick the things that interest us the most. Incidentally, I mentioned a “Bucket List;” do you have one? Consequently, I’d begin putting one together and work on it. Remember, we are not promised tomorrow! “Time has closed yesterday’s door!” (From a song by Alabama) Our circumstances can change overnight!
All Things Travel have Definitely Changed!
Incidentally, I grew upon a farm so we seldom ever traveled. It was a major event as far as I was concerned when we went twenty-five miles to buy me some shoes for school! Moreover, when we traveled, it was generally for a funeral. We only left the farm when we had to. Crops and animals always needed our attention. However, even those not-so-fun trips need to be convenient and without incident. By the way, we usually traveled on New York Central; I love trains. Still do! Especially those trips! There’s help right here. We made one trip to visit my Grandmother and I was in the backend of our old 1947 Studebaker pickup! I had a mattress and everything, including a tarp! However, I’m not suggesting that unless you can get your hands on an old Studebaker! It was tons of fun. Really want one? Studebaker
Things have definitely changed and you can get from Point A to Point B with far less trouble these days. However, I hope you have lots of adventure in your travels.
